2. Scope of Services & Proposals

All client engagements are governed by individual project scopes and proposals agreed upon in writing. Timelines, milestone deliverables, and payment terms are detailed in specific project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full settlement of project invoices, the client receives full ownership of custom website code and creative assets produced for their engagement, excluding open-source libraries and proprietary agency tools.

4. Search Engine & Algorithmic Disclaimer

Search engines (such as Google) continually update ranking algorithms. While MZA Tech Zone adheres to industry best practices, we cannot guarantee specific organic positions or permanent rank placements.
